2017 Movember

Movember – a big success!

Our final event of Movember took place on  Saturday night, 25th November, in the Hops bar in the D hotel. We had over 300 people present to hear some super discussions from our panel of legends on the night. David Beggy, Pat McInaney, Martin McHugh and Tony Og Regan all made their journey from their respective homes and answered Sean Perry’s questions with a level of honesty and witticism that was truly appreciated by our members.

We were delighted to hear from Anne Tracey on the night about how appreciative the Gary Kelly cancer support centre are of the funds that we’re contributing

The panel were followed by a lively set from northern band, Finn McGinn and the Muddguards, before the big shave off took place.

It was a super night and the end to another successful Movember campaign. The club wishes to extend a huge thank you to all of our Mo Bros, who bore the ‘tache and the responsibility for the success of the event.
