Club Notes – 5th April

Post Series: Club Notes

Return to Play

With last weeks good new around returning to play, we’re looking forward to all our juvenile teams getting back togheter in their pods of 15 from the week of 26th April. Pitch allocations are taking place and we’re hoping to accomodate all teams. We are looking forward to seeing you all.

The Club wishes the ever popular groundsman Billy Mullaly the very best on his recent retirement.   Covid 19 robbed us of the opportunity say Good Bye to our dear friend in the way we would have liked but we nonetheless showed our appreciation to Billy for his hard work with some socially distanced cake .  We wish Billy all the very best in his retirement and look forward to welcoming him back to Piltown when things finally return to normal.  Don’t be a stranger Billy !

Shane Black Cul Cilles Academy Return

Once again, we’re thankful to Shane for his generous support and allowing for the return of our Shane Black Cul Cilles Academy. As we’re only dying to get back we’re going to run the first session on 2nd May. We know this is a bank holiday and may not suit everyone. It will be business as usual for the rest of the summer (no bank holidays).

We’d ask you all to ensure you’ve paid your membership for the year please.

Membership 2021

We are on the verge of another season and can’t wait to get back at it again

There’s a very significant outlay needed before we can get out on the pitch again – insurance, affiliations, balls, nets, electricity etc

We therefore need membership subs to be paid ASAP to ensure we are ready to go

Some quick points

2. For families – You need to each member individually – the discount will apply at the end. If availing for the family membership please register all the family not just those playing – we are all supporters after all 🙂
3. Membership rates for 2021 are the same as 2020
