Our Senior Ladies team, led by team manager Paula Lavin, are leading the way in calling on all GAA clubs, communities, family and friends to save the date 2nd April to join them in climbing Slieve Foy together for MND.
Local men Sean Woods and Roy Taylor are living with MND, will share videos throughout this campaign, along with other clubs, politicians and well known figures. Charlie Bird has been a welcome voice in raising awareness around MND and the everyday challenges and struggles faced by people with MND. While many will climb Croagh Patrick with Charlie in the West, we’re inviting the North East to get involved in climbing Slieve Foy.
More information on the event will be announced in the coming weeks but for now please share and spread the challenge throughout Meath and Louth and save the date for April 2nd to Climb Slieve Foy together.
