Our U-10 boys end the year on a high!
Our 2010 boys, (U-10), held their 41st and last session of 2020 today in Piltown. It’s been a difficult year for every team but nothing deterred this group, they kept giving their best effort every time they could. They may have missed out on hosting the Cilles Annual U-10 Blitz but when better times arrive these boys will definitely host again.
As a very special treat we were delighted to welcome Cilles and Meath superstar forward James Conlon as coach for today. James took them through the art of score-taking and the boys loved the experience, hanging on his every word, (same for the coaches actually…). Getting his autograph on their jerseys at the end was extra special as it sent them home overjoyed.
A huge thanks to James for doing this and we wish him and the Meath team the very best of luck in tomorrow’s match. The boys will see the master in action now and keep practicing their skills through the winter, just like he said they should!
